As a life care planner, she brings this added service of "creating a dynamic document based upon published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis and research, which provides an organized concise plan for current and future needs with associated costs, for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs." Mrs. Baughman also has considerable experience in Marketing Consulting and being the first licensed administrator on the Mississippi Gulf Coast to introduce facility based Orthopaedic Physician Services in skilled nursing facilities. In addition, Mrs. Baughman's exposure to various levels of management and experience has prepared her for expert witnessing in the specialized area of nursing home administration and operations. She has served on the Mississippi State Board of Assisted Living Facilities and has a prestigious record of four deficiency free state surveys while serving as a long term care administrator.
She has also written specific policies and procedures for skilled nursing facilities in the medical community for streamlined, improved processes. Mrs. Baughman fulfills interim administrator assignments in recent years to assist facilities in a time of need.
Mrs. Baughman maintains an active Mississippi Administrator’s License and is in good standing with the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators.
